The paper further discusses potential solutions to address these challenges, such as enhancing the role of technology to improve care delivery, implementing targeted recruitment strategies, and fostering a supportive work environment that promotes career satisfaction and longevity within the profession. Finally, the need for interprofessional collaboration and ongoing professional development is highlighted as key to ensuring the sustainability and effectiveness of the nursing workforce in aging societies.
